Last night I saw a great film which doesn’t happen that often For those of you who seek emotional, intellectual, or spiritual renewal Bruce Springsteen’s journey to make Darkness on the Edge of Town and regain control of his career is wonderfully inspiring. Not Since Eleanor Coppola’s Hearts of Darkness: The Making of Apocalyspe Now have I seen a film that taught me more about the artistic process.
Springsteen fans will love this, but anybody who is interested in how:
- albums were made
- musicians collaborate
- producers influence
- the E Street Band dynamic
- Bruce’s reflections on 35 years ago
I hope you see it.
