Fatblogging Day 4 San Antonio
I’m now weighing in at 209 which makes me a resident of Stockton, California. I spent a day at 210 San Antonio and got the hell out of there. When you have balooned up to New York (212) and you start to work out and eat right you can head south. I’m hoping to hit Idaho (208) by Monday AM, but I really can derail at any moment.
Take Tuesday night’s First Round Capital event. Plate after late of chicken tenders, little sliders, and chinese dumplings flew by me. I was so proud. I used to follow the waitresses around like a puppy before. That’s growth. I saw many old friend and gulped down 3 Vodka/Rocks over 2 hours. That was a quick and disturbing 318 Calories. Would have been fine had I not stumbled into a mediocre pizza joint on the way hom and tried to polish off two slices. Another 800 calories in my system, I Came home to see my daughter’s halloween candy bag chocked full of mini chocolate bars and swallowed a quick sampler (300 calories). Not once while I fell off the wagon was I hungry.

BTW, like any good addict I tried to bury the evidence of my candy fix by burying the wrappers in the trash, but I must have missed a piece of that wax paper. Nina told me really committed food changers don’t eat twix bars when they come home from parties.
The next day I recovery-shaked and inhale kaled my way back to goodness. Only to find myself at another party having two more vodkas on the rocks. Today I will have no vodka.
Meanwhile, I’m now tracking which dj is spinning at David Barton before I decide when to work out. You gotta have the right music. Finally, I will understand the differences between Trip Hop and Acid House. As a side benefit, I will also get more fit.
