Craving Murray's Bagels
Whole wheat everything bagel with scallion cream cheese and tomato.   That’s my order.  We’ve lived in Chelsea for a decade or 500 weeks.  I’m guessing I’ve pounded that particular combination approximately once a week including all the weeks I haven’t been in NYC.  Let’s call it 500,000 calories or somewhere around 6 months worth of total required calories...

Fatblogging Day 4 San Antonio
 I’m now weighing in at 209 which makes me a resident of Stockton, California.  I spent a day at 210 San Antonio and got the hell out of there.   When you have balooned up to New York (212) and you start to work out and eat right you can head south.    I’m hoping to hit Idaho (208) by Monday AM, but I really can derail at any moment. In Praise of the Giants Class

Joining the Fatblogging Movement
3 years ago, Jason Calacanis documented his battle to lose weight.  Either, He named or popularized this public, self-flaggelating, humorous, and new weight loss tool “fatblogging.”  Immediately, I was  drawn to this concept.  But so what?  I had no desire to work out or give up my twice weekly cheeseburger/fries/shake at various, reputable spots around New York.  No fast food for me. ...
